PROCESSING SERVICES
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, your goal is to find the best loan options for as many borrowers as possible—not to get tied up in paperwork and processing details. That’s where the right support makes a difference.
With the right partners in place, you can stay focused on guiding borrowers through important financial decisions while the behind-the-scenes work is handled for you. Let Saleztrax take care of the loan processing details, so you can concentrate on what matters most—serving your clients.

Dedicated Loan Processor
Each consumer and originator is assigned a dedicated loan processor who manages the transaction and maintains consistent communication via email throughout the process. Because documentation requirements are highly detailed, keeping everything in writing helps ensure accuracy and clarity.
Once the loan application package is received, CTC Mortgage Support’s experienced team reviews all documents for completeness and compliance with state and federal guidelines. Our knowledgeable staff can also pre-underwrite the file to anticipate lender requirements and help streamline the approval process. By working closely with the consumer, our goal is to submit a thorough and well-prepared file to underwriting, increasing the likelihood of a successful outcome.
Our Goal For MLOs And Borrowers
Our goal throughout the transaction is to be confident that the borrower is ready to close on the contract closing date. We will work diligently to clear all lender requirements, so closing can proceed as scheduled, stress-free.

What We Emphasize to Borrowers

Communication is key. Please respond promptly to all requests for documentation or information.
-
Complete e-signatures quickly. Review and sign any lender e-sign requests as soon as possible to help avoid delays.
-
Avoid financial changes. Do not make any changes to your financial situation without first consulting your loan originator or processor.
-
Submit complete documents. Always include all pages of requested documents, even if some pages are blank.
-
Do not alter documents. Please avoid using white-out or making any redactions.
-
Ask questions. If anything is unclear, don’t hesitate to call—we’re here to help.
